Eligibility Criteria
1. Academic Qualifications & Experience
- Field Engineer (Electrical/Civil): Full-time B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.) in the relevant discipline with minimum 55% marks, plus one year of post-qualification experience.
- Field Supervisor (Electrical/Civil/E&C): Full-time Diploma in the relevant discipline with minimum 55% marks, plus one year of post-qualification experience. Higher qualifications like B.Tech/B.E. are not allowed for Supervisor posts.
2. Age Limit (as on 17.09.2025)
- The upper age limit for all posts is 29 years.
- Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories as per government norms.
Salary & Compensation
Field Engineer
Pay band of ₹30,000 – ₹1,20,000 with initial basic pay of ₹30,000 + DA + HRA + Perks. Approx. CTC: ₹8.9 Lakhs per annum.
Field Supervisor
Pay band of ₹23,000 – ₹1,05,000 with initial basic pay of ₹23,000 + DA + HRA + Perks. Approx. CTC: ₹6.8 Lakhs per annum.
Selection Process
1. Common Written Test
A one-hour MCQ test for all posts. There is no negative marking.
2. Interview (For Field Engineer Only)
Candidates qualifying the written test for Field Engineer posts will be called for an interview. Final selection will be based on interview performance.
3. Document Verification (For Field Supervisor)
For Field Supervisor posts, selection is based on the marks from the written test, followed by document verification.
