✅ Eligibility Criteria (Age & Education)
Age Limit
The age limit for all posts is 18 to 25 years. The crucial date for determining the age is the last date of receipt of the application. Age relaxation for SC/ST, OBC, PwBD, ESM, and Departmental candidates will be provided as per Central Government rules.
Educational Qualification
- LDC: 12th Class Pass. Typing speed of 35 WPM in English or 30 WPM in Hindi on computer.
- Stenographer Gde-II: 12th Class Pass. Skill Test: Dictation (10 mins @ 80 WPM), Transcription (50 mins Eng, 65 mins Hindi on computer).
- Laboratory Assistant: Graduate in Science (PCM) OR Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics Engineering.
- Civilian Motor Driver (OG): Matriculation. Must have a Civilian Driving License for heavy vehicles and 2 years of experience.
- Bootmaker: Matriculation. Should be able to carry out all canvas, textile, and leather repairs.
- Barber: Matriculation + proficiency in Barber’s trade.
- MTS & Tradesman Mate: Matriculation (10th) Pass or equivalent.
📝 Selection Process
The selection will be a multi-stage process:
- Shortlisting: Candidates will first be shortlisted based on the percentage of marks obtained in the essential qualification (10th/12th/Degree). Admit cards will be issued only to shortlisted candidates.
- Written Test: Shortlisted candidates will be called for an OMR-based objective-type written test.
- Skill / Physical Test: Candidates who pass the written test and come in merit will be called for a Skill Test (like typing/steno) or Physical Test (where applicable). This stage is qualifying in nature.
- Final Selection: Final merit will be based on marks obtained in the Written Test, subject to qualifying the Skill/Physical Test.

The written test will be of 150 marks, with a duration of 2 hours. There will be a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer. The pattern varies by post:

This is an offline recruitment. Candidates must follow these steps carefully:
