Age Relaxation
- Contract Employees: Relaxation equivalent to years of service in MP State Electricity Board successor companies, up to a maximum age of 55 years.

Selection Process
The selection process for MPTRANSCO Recruitment 2025 is rigorous and merit-based, ensuring only qualified candidates are selected:

- Physical Efficiency Test (PET): Mandatory for Line Attendant, Substation Attendant, and Surveyor Attendant posts. Candidates must walk 1 km carrying a 15 kg load in 10 minutes. The merit list for PET is three times the advertised vacancies, and no second attempt is allowed.
